By creating a profile you agree to these terms. Please read them — they describe how clubRishta works, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us. clubRishta (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is a matrimony / matchmaking service operated by MoonRev.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to marry under applicable law, and provide accurate information about yourself. One person, one profile. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You own what you post — your photos, description, and preferences. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content inside the app to other members as part of matchmaking. Your phone number is never shown to other users. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may optionally verify your identity, photo, and income with documents you submit. Documents are handled as sensitive data and are deleted or irreversibly anonymised after verification. Only the verification status (a teal tick) is shown to other members — never the underlying documents.

You can block a member at any time, and report anyone who breaks these rules. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your account.
We show you potential matches based on the preferences you set and the information members provide. We work to verify profiles and moderate content, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, the accuracy of every member’s self-reported details, or that you will find a match.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings), or by following the steps at clubRishta / delete-account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Meeting someone introduced through any service carries the same risks as any other introduction. Please take normal precautions when communicating with or meeting other members. clubRishta is a platform for introductions and is not responsible for the conduct of any member.
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonRev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other members.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
