You can permanently delete your clubRishta account and personal data at any time.
There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open the clubRishta app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab (“Me”).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed.
Option 2 — By email
If you can’t access the app, email
moonrevlimited@gmail.com from the phone number
or with enough detail to verify your account, and request deletion. We will verify your
identity and process the request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymise:
- Your profile (name, date of birth, gender, height, location, religion/community,
education, profession, income, family details, “about you”).
- Your uploaded photos.
- Your partner preferences.
- Your identity-verification data and documents.
- Your social links (Instagram/LinkedIn), interests, likes, and matches.
- Your messages.
What may be retained briefly
A limited set of security and audit records may be retained for a short period where
required for fraud prevention and legal compliance. These contain no usable profile
content and are automatically deleted after the retention window.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a
new account if you wish to use clubRishta again.
